Robert High and his team designed and built us 50,000 ft.² of rentable space here in Greensboro North Carolina and I am extremely pleased with him and his work! I consider myself to be very blessed to have found Robert High in the early stage of building my first self-storage project. I didn’t really know what I was doing but he led me every step of the way. He was very helpful with the site planning as well as the building design and layout. My engineer noted that his input on the site plan saved me quite a bit of construction money. We had record rainfall here in 2018 so, therefore, we had a lot of issues with wet soils and bio-pond conversion. Robert was an absolute Rock Star working to solve all the weather related issues without blowing up my budget. I highly recommend Robert High!
